I saw that picture early this morning. Did you post it?, maybe I saw it on your page. I love it! Very practical lesson, and I’m happy you confirmed that. I’m sorry I have fallen behind on your blog..between 4 email accounts and work I haven’t been able to appreciate them. This fall I plan on incorporating an extra “class” into my school schedule...essentially I will be dedicating that time to expanding my base knowledge of real estate/investment properties/ etc.. I plan on dissecting your work among others (BP, BURRR) in order to kick start my real estate investment confidence. I project that process will lead me towards my first purchase in the year 2022. Thank you for continuing this blog; the concentrated topics and written language you produce is much more valuable than the 1000 repetitive YouTube videos I have consumed. You have a way with teaching, I am not keen on your resume but you have proven you’re a great fit.
